Heather graduated from Auburn University with a B.A. in Business Administration. Heather’s current client is Trust Administrator/Asset Manager of the Casper R. Callen Trust, she has worked for this client since 2010. She assists this high-net-worth family's real estate trust with administrative function and oversight. She manages all trust real estate assets in GA, NY, FL, TN and SC and ensures the highest level of profitability for the trust’s beneficiaries. Heather is responsible for all loan financing and refinancing, developing and negotiation commercial leases and oversees property management for all trust properties.  

An experienced operational management professional and proven executive leader, Jamie Coleman joined Local Management Group in 2012. After a successful career with multiple professional experiences in sales and marketing, product development, distribution, construction, and business development, Jamie sought out an opportunity to bring those experiences to small businesses. The need for corporate knowledge with a genuine understanding and application of real world small business challenges was the basis for adding his skillset to Heather’s already successful business. Jamie’s first client was Market Street Capital and Market Street Management where he was contracted to merge the two companies together to form one real estate investment company with integrated property management. After a successful merger, Jamie became a partner of the newly formed Market Street Group and focused solely on building and managing assets in multifamily real estate. After a subsequent 11 year build up, growth, and exit of over 10,000 units in 54 real estate assets in 9 southeast states, Jamie has decided to focus more on consulting and managing new development, reorganization, and start up for small businesses.
